If you wish to return an item please email us within 14 days and return it within another 14. Return postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item.

Some items are not returnable. These are personalised items and items where return is not possible for hygienic reasons eg underwear and swim nappies. If you ahve a problem with any items of that nature please email us and we shall do our best to assist.
